 Great humidifier January 8, 2009
We've had this humidifier for 3 years now and it still works. I've purchase 2 different brands before this one and I love how quiet it is. I believe I've had this so long because of the cleaning I give it after 24 hours of use. I clean it out with distilled water and white vinegar and that helps keep the mold from growing into a problem. A definate must have!
Excellent Low-Cost Humidifier January 8, 2009
This is the third humidifier I bought this winter and it's the best. It's very cute and quiet, easy to fill, and doesn't get everything all wet like the other humidifier I purchased. I am very pleased with it.

This humidifier has worked pretty well. Now and then it will stop working until i give it a bit of a jiggle, then it's back to business as usual. I've also noticed this mostly happens when using the Crane brand screw in filter and not the standard screw on water dispenser.
overall a good humidifier, keeps my modest sized room nice and humid

Good product. Sometimes stop working but It is just a matter of "position". If you move the "machine" it will be working again. For the price is a good buy.

I researched several humidifiers before deciding on this one and I'm so glad I did. I was so frustrated with the others I had as they were so loud and buying new filters every few weeks was ridiculous! These Crane's (I ended up buying two more after I was so pleased with the first) are truly whisper quiet and do not use a filter. I let them soak in vinegar water every few days to keep them clean. I would recommend this product to anyone!!
